To help improve your arthritis symptoms on you knees and hips, we offer individualized assessments of your balance, gait, coordination, range of motion, strength, and endurance. You can join our GLA:D exercise class to work on your personalized program under the guidance of our physiotherapists.

Required initial physiotherapy assessment and 1 : 1 exercise prescription session prior to joining the group sessions to ensure safety and optimise results.
